Audiokinetic Inc. ("Audiokinetic") and
the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences ("CRAS", and together
"we" or "us") have created this User Account Policy in order to provide
you with the necessary information concerning the creation and use of
an account with us for access to the Wwise Certification Website. By
creating and using your account, you agree to be bound by this User

YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE TERMS OF THIS USER ACCOUNT POLICY ARE ALSO SUBJECT
TO OUR PRIVACY

We may change this User Account Policy from time to time, at our sole
discretion. Your continued use of your account following the posting of
such changes will constitute your consent to all such changes. Please

Wwise Certification Website will allow you to access the Wwise
documentation and participate in the Wwise Certification Course.
You will also be able to modify your profile settings and access
messaging functions offered by the website.
A User Account must be opened using real names and other requested
information. Each User Account is tied to your email and your
password, which may be changed without affecting your access. You may
not allow any person to access your User Account using your address and
password. If you learn of any such unauthorized access, you must
inform us immediately. You will be responsible for any
unauthorized access resulting from your disclosure of your password to

The Wwise Certification Course
documentation (whether in written, graphic or video form) is supplied
as a guide for the Wwise® product and is made available free of charge
to all users of the Wwise Certification Website. This documentation is
the sole joint property of Audiokinetic and CRAS, and protected by
Canadian copyright law and in other jurisdictions by virtue of
international copyright treaties.
This documentation may be duplicated, reproduced, stored or
transmitted, exclusively for your non-commercial (including academic)
purposes. You may compile different extracts of the documentation
to suit such internal purposes, but you may not alter the content of
any portion of the documentation. Any copy of the Wwise
Certification Course documentation shall retain all copyright and other
proprietary notices contained therein. The foregoing does not
extend to the documentation regarding the Audiokinetic Wwise
Technology, which is the sole property of Audiokinetic. Please
refer to the copyright notices included in same.
The content of the Wwise Certification Course documentation is
furnished for information
purposes only, and its content is subject to change without notice.
Reasonable care has been taken in preparing the information contained

trade or course of dealing, concerning the Wwise Certification Course

The Wwise Certification Website will
soon allow you to take the Wwise - 101 End User Certification Test for
specified fee. Passing the test will provide you with a PDF
certificate indicating you're Audiokinetic Wwise - 101 End User
certified and the opportunity to list yourself on the official
Certified User listing on the Wwise Certification Website.
Please refer to the terms and conditions applicable to such
certification process once available on the Wwise Certification Website.
We shall incur no liability whatsoever resulting from your inability to
successfully pass the Wwise Certification test.
Except as explicitly indicated, you
agree that all information accessible through your User Account is
non-public information proprietary to Audiokinetic, CRAS and/or their
licensees and partners. You agree to maintain this information
confidential and to use the Information only in connection with your
use of the AUDIOKINETIC Wwise Technology in accordance with the terms
of the Master License Agreement and the end user license agreement
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL
AUDIOKINETIC, CRAS OR THEIR SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, ECONOMIC OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF USE
DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS (AND WHETHER SUCH LOSS OF PROFITS IS DIRECT OR
INDIRECT)) ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE ACCOUNT (INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO ITS OPERATION, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
ACCOUNT, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OTHER TECHNOLOGY LINKED TO
THE ACCOUNT, OR ANY CONTENT CONTAINED IN ANY SUCH ACCOUNT, THIS USER
THIS USER ACCOUNT POLICY) EVEN IF AUDIOKINETIC, CRAS OR THEIR SUPPLIERS
OR LICENSORS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS,
THE RESPECTIVE LIABILITY OF AUDIOKINETIC, CRAS AND THEIR SUPPLIERS AND
LICENSORS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR
THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audiokinetic, CRAS and their
licensors, suppliers, officers, directors, employees, and agents
(collectively "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all
liability, loss, claim, damages, expense, or cost (including but not
limited to attorneys' fees), incurred by or made against the
Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising from or
related to your use of your account, the placement, posting or
transmission of any messages, information, software, content or other
materials on or through your account by you or users of your account,
or any breach or violation of this User Account Policy by you or users
of your account. You agree to fully cooperate as reasonably required by
an Indemnified Party(ies).
